The Policy

Electrical and electronic parts are not returnable. This is not a GM Parts Club rule. It is standard across GM dealers.

Why

Once an electrical component is installed, or even connected, it cannot be verified as unused and cannot be restocked.

How to Avoid the Problem

Confirm fitment before ordering. Send the VIN. Photograph the connector on the part you are replacing. We will check it against the catalog before anything ships.

Everything Else

Standard returns run 30 days on uninstalled parts in original packaging.
