Backordered
GM has the part in the system but no stock at the distribution center serving us. It will ship when supply returns. We will tell you what we know about timing, including when we do not know.
Discontinued
GM no longer produces or supplies it. There is no date. At that point the options are a superseding part, a used part, or aftermarket.
What We Do
We mark the status on your order rather than letting it sit. If it is not moving, you should hear from us, not the other way around.
