Most body and exterior problems announce themselves well before they strand anybody. On a 2021-2026 Escalade, these are the ones worth acting on.
1. A hazy or yellowed headlamp lens that no longer projects a sharp cutoff

2. A mirror that shakes at highway speed after a folding motor fails
It rarely gets better on its own, and it usually gets louder before it gets expensive. Start by looking at grilles.
3. A window that drops into the door or moves crookedly
This one is usually early, which is good news, because it is cheap to fix early. Start by looking at mirrors.
4. A door handle that pulls with no resistance
By the time this is obvious you are generally replacing more than one part. Start by looking at bumper covers.

Trim level changes almost every exterior part. Take a photo of the connector on the part you are replacing before you order.
