Why the Factory Part Matters Here
- Body panels and lamps have to match the vehicle’s specific mounting points and, on lamps, the exact photometric pattern that was certified.
- Mirrors carry cameras, heaters, turn signals, blind zone modules and puddle lamps, and the wiring connector varies by content level.
- Factory paint codes only work if the substrate and primer are the same.
Service Interval
Not a scheduled item. These are damage and failure replacements.
Ordering Notes
Trim level changes almost every exterior part. Take a photo of the connector on the part you are replacing before you order. On the Lyriq specifically, trim and package content is the thing that trips people up.
